1. Services
By hiring us, you agree to allow JD Power Washing of Asheville to perform pressure washing and related exterior cleaning services at your property as requested.
2. Estimates & Payment
All quotes are based on the information provided and may change if conditions differ on-site.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless we are unable to perform the service.
3. Property Conditions
You agree to provide access to water, electricity, and the service areas.
You are responsible for removing or securing fragile items, furniture, and valuables.
We are not responsible for damage to loose siding, aged materials, improperly installed surfaces, or pre-existing damage.
4. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for the best results, some stains (e.g., deep rust, oxidation, or permanent discoloration) may not be fully removable.
5. Weather & Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
