This was a great joy because the growth on this side was pretty bad. It is always fun to see a big transformation.

The Job

A local postal worker on his route in Montford came across me while I was going a house wash. He asked is I could wash his house in West Asheville. I went by to review the job and thought I hope I get this one because the house really need cleaning. As you can see, I got the job.

The Approach

As with all house washes, I survey the house for any issues as well as the surrounding area for red flags. This could be nearby vehicles, delicate plants, and people who may be impacted by the work. Once I have eliminated all the potential issues I fire up the equipment and apply the correct house wash mix. I let it sit for about 10 minutes then wash it off. Having the right equipment helps.
