About the Owner
James Daniel is a NC native, born in Raleigh. He moved to Asheville 26 years ago. Over these years James has been an integrative member of the community by participating in the arts, raising a family with kids that attended Asheville City Schools, and, creating a strong social network with people of all neighborhoods.
James loves power washing. He started JD-P-W a few years ago with a small power washer from Home Depot that he carried around in his car trunk. Not ever having used a power washer before he began with simple jobs like concrete driveway cleaning. It didn’t take long before James realized that power washing was something he loved, could be great at, and, he was born to do…with the right training. And so, James, knowing that the only way he would feel right about taking on pro-level power washing jobs, set out to learn everything about the industry. Now, he is certified, insured, has upgraded to top-of-the-line equipment in very short time due to the success, and has proven to be a trusted provider of exterior washing services. JD-P-W is hired by property managers, commercial contractors, and he now has a growing client list with properties valued over $1M.
James still participates in the arts and resides in Kenilworth with his amazing wife of 20 years. He looks forward to meeting you when your exterior cleaning needs arise.

“JD did an outstanding job power washing the vinyl siding and wood deck. I really wish I had before pictures, as it had been 5 years+ since it had been done. The north side of the house was green (it is a light yellow house). He responded promptly to my text & quote request. He showed up EARLY to do the walk around the house for the quote. I had a quote from him within a couple of hours. He was the only one who actually sent me a quote, but he had such great reviews from everyone on NextDoor, I went with him. In my opinion his quote was very fair. I was actually expecting it to be higher. Making the deposit on line was very easy. He immediately followed up to schedule. I received a reminder the day before, and he clarified/verified a couple of items. He showed up, and completed the job much faster than I anticipated. He says good water pressure makes a big difference in filling his tank. Per my request, he text me when he was finished. I went home to inspect the work and pay him. The house was AMAZING.
